The Board of Directors

The Trust Deeds of the Foundation provide for a maximum of five Directors to oversee the Foundation. More recently, an incorporated body, the Werribee District Hospital Charitable Foundation Ltd, was appointed as Trustee and a majority of the inaugural Trustees now constitute the new Board.

The majority of Directors must reside in the City of Wyndham and all must be persons of high standing by virtue of their past or present profession or occupation, or their reputation. Any vacancy on the Board is filled following public advertisement and the position of Chair is rotated every two years. As of 1 July 2007, the Directors of the Foundation are:
